Can you show the routing table status for the affected routes using
show route 192.168.254.32/32
show route 192.168.35.0/24

Subject: static route
Hi all,
Currently 1 ebgp and 2 static routes are configured on the mx box....
ebgp is up and running peering with ISP.
Static routes:
set routing-options static route 192.168.254.32/32 next-hope pp1
set routing-options static route 192.168.35.0/24 next-hope 172.16.20.100
Question-1: Why traffic is flowing on ebgp as there are 2 static routes available?
Question-2: When ebgp is down, which static route takes over?
Thx
A.
