    I've got a case in with TAC but it isn't going anywhere. 

    Anyone know how to resolve the following SSL/TLS inspection errors? 

    OpenSSL: error:14094412:SSL routines:ssl3_read_bytes:sslv3 alert bad certificate username: unauthenticated-user

     

    Or

     

    OpenSSL: error:14094418:SSL routines:ssl3_read_bytes:tlsv1 alert unknown ca username: unauthenticated-user
