Hi folks,

I have an SRX300 used, in order to do some cli and be familiar, and when I want to recall one command or just navigate,  I am unable to use arrow, up down left right.

I use Mobaxterm.

Do you have any ideas plase ?

I don't use Mobaxterm - I'm usually on PuTTY -- so check your terminal and keyboard settings.

When I connect with PuTTY via serial or SSH to an SRX, all those keys work...

Hi folks, here's the rootcause

First of all, you need to check the current mode on your SRX

user@hostname> show cli

For me it was xterm

On Mobaxterm,  you need to choose Terminal type = xterm

And on your juniper's device on console, you need to put the xterm on cli.
