  • 1.  SRX sends ARP requests for some non-using IP address

    Hello folks,

    I see on my srxk5 rel21.2r3 that FXP0.0 is sending out ARP request for some not-used (not added in the configuration) IP addresses. 

    Is that expected?

    Is there any way to deeply check this?

    If you have revenue traffic in the default routing instance, it's possible fxp0 is getting selected in a routing lookup for revenue traffic. Run a flow trace with one of those observed IP addresses specified in the destination filter.
