    Juniper Support Insights (JSI) extends support automation & lifecycle management to the entire Juniper portfolio. It gives IT & network operations teams actionable operational health insights that help improve network performance & uptime.

    As an extension of the Jumpstart JSI series, we are hosting two Ask the Expert sessions with @Devin, @pgoddard,  and @Ahmed Khalil. During the Ask the Expert webinars, they will delve into the benefits of JSI, how to connect your devices, JSI updates/releases since June, and address your specific questions.

    I look forward to answering your questions in the live sessions. If you haven't already tried connecting your devices to Juniper Support Insights, I highly encourage you to do so before attending the webinar. 

    There are three pathways to connecting your devices to JSI, 

    Mist

    J- Cloud 

    Lightweight Collector (LWC) device via Juniper Support Portal

    You can learn more about JSI and the benefits implementing it by reading through the Jumpstart JSI series of posts. JSI is available to anyone with an active Juniper Care Service contract, no matter the tier/level.  

    As previously mentioned, feel free to reply to this post with any JSI questions.
