A few months ago, we realized that while Secure Connect works with Apple phones and cellular-capable iPads, users with Anroid devices can not successfully connect. I have tried using my credentials on a co-workers Android phone and it fails. I checked the messages log and I see the instances where the user login attempt failed and my user login failed. The reason stated is " invalid username or password". These are the same credentials I use on my iPhone without any issues. The Android phones do show the certificate that they need to accept and then it shows the failure to download the config.
I have updated the SRX software since then and the issue has not changed. I had a user download the Secure Connect client again to make sure they have the newest version.
Where should I look next?
