  • 1.  reboot reason

    Posted 29 days ago
I would like to know why this device rebooted
    Sometimes the SRX reboots.
The boot reason is given in the form of a code
But I don't know the details.
Juniper does not provide documentation on the boot reason codes
    Does anyone know?

You can check the log messages right before the reboot to look for potential reasons.  The process is outlined in this kb article.

    https://supportportal.juniper.net/s/article/Device-abruptly-rebooted-on-its-own-with-message-SYSTEM-ABNORMAL-SHUTDOWN?language=en_US

A ticket with official support can look for and evaluation any core dumps that may have been generated.
