    Hello community members,

    I am seeing a recurring issue related to QSFP EEPROM access failures on juniper switch EX4650 -48Y-8C , firmware version 23.4R2-S6.6.  i want to check if others have encountered similar behavior.  after reboot all the QSFP port showing missing , issue solved after physical power reboot. during the normal operation, the device logs repeated QSFP errors such as 

    fpc0 FAILED to write eeprom for port: 55
     fpc0 qsfp_tk_select_mem_page: qsfp-0/0/55 failed to select mem page 0 addr 0x7f err 1000
     fpc0 qsfp_tk_paged_rw_access: qsfp-0/0/55 failed to select page: 0x0 err 1000
     fpc0 qsfp_tk_eeprom_scanning_check: qsfp-0/0/55 failed scanning eeprom addr 0x0 err 1000
     fpc0 FAILED to write eeprom for port: 55
     fpc0 qsfp_tk_select_mem_page: qsfp-0/0/55 failed to select mem page 0 addr 0x7f err 1000
     fpc0 qsfp_tk_paged_rw_access: qsfp-0/0/55 failed to select page: 0x0 err 1000
     fpc0 SCHED: Thread 8 (QSFP) ran for 1114 ms without yielding
     fpc0 Scheduler Oinker
     fpc0 Frame 0: sp = 0xaf488fe8, pc = 0x8088bbb
     fpc0 Frame 1: sp = 0xaf489068, pc = 0x808a793
     fpc0 Frame 2: sp = 0xaf489088, pc = 0x836d034
     fpc0 Frame 3: sp = 0xaf489158, pc = 0x808ab50

    Any shared experience or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
