We recently made a few notable changes in Juniper's Global RMA Return Instructions. We aim to educate and align our customers on properly returning their Juniper defective equipment.
Key changes to the Juniper's Global RMA process include:
- Defective returns timeframe for RTF and Advance Exchange RMAs
- Inline links to Global RMA Locations and Juniper Networks End User Support Agreement (EUSA)
- Specific return requirements for India, Australia, Brazil, and Mexico
- Guidelines and reminders for customers in Free Trade Zones (FTZ), Border Zones, and cross-country returns.
