  • 1.  Problem accessing Juno space, able to ping but GUI is not opening

    Facing a weird problem when we're trying to access the juno space which is connected with core switch directly via a single link from primary code switch, We are able to ping the IP of the Juno space Web GUI , but when we are trying to connect it via a access switch which is connected with ae10 the we are able to ping , access web GUi of junos space, what could be the issue ? kindly help if possible 

    VLAN: 101 , gateway : 172.19.2.1

    Are you saying you can NOT  ping or get to the web GUI through ae10 but you can from another switch?

    i am able to ping , but GUI is not opening when the server is connected via core switch , but if i connect it via a access switch , it is opening , in both case i m able to ping
