Palo Alto Global Protect ( EX4400 Upgrade)

    Has anyone had any issues upgrading from an EX4200 to a EX4400 in regard to Palo Alto? We upgraded our DMZ EX4200 to a EX400 and used the same config ( few changes of course with IRBS) however now were getting substantial drops on the VPN ( global protect ).  We are looking at the configs line by line for the 44 and 42 and is very simple. Our traffic ingress on one VLAN and egress on another VLAN just running on Layer2 for the 4400 but yet were getting dropped packets; ie connection drops every 10mins or so.
