new SRX || the interfaces dont appear in show interface terse

Srx2300 and it is just mounted when i tried to run show interface terse the physical interfaces not shown

When an SRX is in cluster mode certain configurations and status can cause interfaces to go inactive.  And on some models optical ports with multiple option settings will not show up unless the optic is present.  But neither of these is likley to show zero interfaces on a new SRX.

Look for alarms

show chassis alarms

And check the hardware status of the fpc

show chassis hardware

If the fpc is offline add extensive to get more information.  You could also try a factory reset and reboot.

Try to re-configure the command "security forwarding-options family inet6 mode flow-based" and check

Hi,

First of all just make sure the fpc and pic is up by issue command show chassis fpc pic status. If the fpc and pic not up then look like u have hardware issue.
