    new Srx 2300 just mounted but i cant find any physical interface in the show interface terse command mentioning that i dont connect any sfp or add any configuration yet

    When an SRX is in cluster mode certain configurations and status can cause interfaces to go inactive.  And on some models optical ports with multiple option settings will not show up unless the optic is present.  But neither of these is likley to show zero interfaces on a new SRX.

    Look for alarms

    show chassis alarms

    And check the hardware status of the fpc

    show chassis hardware

    If the fpc is offline add extensive to get more information.  You could also try a factory reset and reboot.
