    Hello Everyone,

    I'm experiencing an issue with one of my QFX5100 devices and would greatly appreciate any advice or assistance you can offer.

    I have two QFX5100 switches. Last week, I successfully configured and enabled the stacking feature between them. After the stacking configuration was complete, I performed a "zeroize" operation on both switches to clear their old configurations.

    Currently, one switch is functioning normally, and I can access its CLI without any problems. However, the other switch is completely unusable. When I connect a console cable to its console port, no CLI output appears. I've tried reconnecting multiple times and even used different console cables, but the result is always the same-nothing.

    Are there any suggestions or steps I can try to access this problematic switch?

    Are you not seeing CLI after boot or are you not seeing it at all even at power up? If no CLI only after boot, then you may want to do an OS fresh install.

    i cannot seeing the cli when power up, like junos didn't boot on the switch.

    i've tried install junos 5e series for qfx on usb and plugged on usb port on qfx, but am still cannot see the cli
