It should be a priority, especially as it seems they have known about it since the beta release of the latest OS.
Expected more from this company. I bet Cisco would be more on the ball.

Have you received any updates on this yet? I see that this thread was opened November 19th, and it is still not working.
Thanks,

Hello Everyone,
I've opened a support ticket with JTAC, and their response is attached for reference. This is a known issue, and they are actively working on a resolution.
In the meantime, to provide a workaround while we await a fix from the Juniper engineer, I have configured the IPSec VPN with the NCP Exclusive client to run alongside Juniper Secure Connect on our SRX. I have deployed the NCP VPN client to a user, and it is working without any issues on macOS 15.2.
To download the NCP client, please visit: https://www.ncp-e.com/en/service-resources/download-vpn-client.
Feel free to let me know if you have any questions.

I have the exact same issue. Do you have an alternative to Junper Secure Connect that you are using?

Hello all,
I can confirm that upgrading to MacOS Sequoia 15.2 (24C101) causes the Juniper Secure Connect app to malfunction across multiple Mac devices. The connection toggle button becomes unresponsive (unclickable). This issue is reproducible and appears to be a bug that requires investigation and a fix.

Hmm, I tried reinstall Secure Connect and restarting my MacBook, still doesn't work. I'm on a Developer Beta of Sequoia, maybe that's the reason. I'll try a 'stable release' of macOS.
Also, I think it has the relevant permission, I have no idea what permission will prevent the GUI from working, as I didn't get any errors, I literally can't click the button. Thanks for the help though

I'm running 24.3.4.72 on my M1 running Sequoia. I have a connection profile that includes just the fqdn of my gateway (no https). If you just installed maybe it's a permissions thing? Or it's possible you need a reboot?

Hello, I recently installed Juniper Secure Connect on my M1 Pro Macbook Pro running macOS Sequoia and I can't seem to click the 'toggle button' to activate the connection. I've tried typing the IP of my firewall, FQDN, and with/without the 'https://' but clicking the button does literally nothing. I've checked the logs and it was blank, so I'm totally confused here, does anyone else have the same problem?
