I assume you are referring to the online Juniper vLabs. These are indeed self contained environments and don't provide for external connectivity.

Could you clarify the lab topology you are using?
With physical devices in a lab we would generally setup a permanent mgmt network and connect the mgmt interface or dedicate a specific interface on each device to this network for access. Or as an alternative setup a console server with connections to the console port on each device.
For virtual labs the access would depend on which virtualization platform you are using to run the Junos VMs for the lab.
