Juniper EX4400-48F 1/10g ports

    Hi,

    Just wondering do you have to do anything special to configure the 1/10g ports that the 4400 has 12 of? The only way i seem to get a 1g connection is by setting the speed and duplex manually at both ends. this Gives me connectivity but the link light is never solid and are constantly flashing? Is there something obvious I've missed? 

    10g works fine.
