    [RESOLVED] JNCIP-SEC certification issued — Cisco migration program prerequisite required manual processing

    Resolved. After emailing the certification team, my JNCIP-SEC was issued, along with JNCIA-SEC and JNCIS-SEC to complete the certification chain.

    For anyone with the same issue (exam passed via the Cisco migration program but certification not appearing in CertMetrics): the automated issuance can fail because the prerequisite record does not exist in your account. Contact the certification program team directly by email for manual processing.
