    Hello,

I'm reaching out regarding an incident involving some Juniper EX4100 switches recently deployed in one of our datacenters.

We are experiencing intermittent loss of access these  devices. Specifically, they become unreachable for a period of time without any human intervention or scheduled reboot, and then randomly become accessible again.

    • Model: Juniper EX4100-24T

    • Junos Version: 24.2R2.18

    • System Health: No memory or CPU alerts received

Could you please let us know if this type of issue has been previously reported ?

Also, do you recommend a specific Junos version for this model, considering that we opted for the latest stable release ?

    Kind Regards.

The current recommended version for this model is Junos 23.4R2-S4.

This is the document I always refer to when upgrading Junos:

Yeah, I love consistency.  If you use Mist to upgrade your switches, it shows the "suggested release" as  23.4R2-S4.11.  So, flip a coin.
