If the cable tests good and replacement does not fix this the next step is a reboot. and if that does not work there is likely a hardware issue.

Subject: Interface Resource Errors
I am seeing a lot of output Resources errors on an optical interface of an SRX320 i.e. 6000+ in 10 days, which is connected back-to-back with an EX2300-48P, which has no Input errors, but does have 20+ Carrier transitions. Other than this, the SRX also has 400+ input Policed discards on the interface, but I don't think this is relevant.
Both SFPs and the connecting cable have been changed.
Can anyone offer any advice please?
