  • 1.  How do you reschedule a JNCIE?

    Hello Juniper,

    I had to cancel my JNCIE SEC lab 3 months before it was scheduled.  

    How do I reschedule it?

    When I go to schedule a test, it wants a 1600 payment.

    I opened a ticket with the Learning Zen Help Desk but have not gotten a response.
