The SRX5000 series chassis basically only differ in size and available slots. All components in them, like RE, MPC, SPC, SBC etc, are supported in all chassis types except the SRX5K-SCB4 (not supported in the SRX5400). What basis do you have for your claim that the SRX5400 and 5600 models are at the end of their respective life cycles? Reference:

The SRX5400/5600 are both at the end of their lifecycle. You can consider the SRX5800 or the more compact but capable SRX4000 series.
The 5800 is the closest to the 5600.
