Hi,
I can't seem to test this in a lab environment due to me not having this specific device, however I've looked online and found the data sheet that may provide you with some more information:
https://www.juniper.net/content/dam/www/assets/datasheets/us/en/switches/ex4650-ethernet-switch-datasheet.pdf
It does seem as though this device does support Multicast, but on the 'features' section it doesn't specify MVPN whereas MSDP is specified so I can't confirm or deny if this is supported.
Have you spoken with Juniper directly to see if this a valid configuration for this device?
HTH,
Ethan
