Junos OS

I currently need to re-install the junos os on my switch but when i went over to the downloads site to get the image, it said i didnt have permissions.

This is the message i got from the console.

If you don't have an active contract on the switch, you cannot gain access to the downloads for that model.

Alternatively, you could try issuing the following command to see if it resolves your issue:

request system snapshot slice alternate

This will copy the current running software from the active partition (currently backup) to the non-active partition (currently primary)
