Hi all, our SRX340 Firewalls are using firmware version R19.1. 

We understand we have to download and update with the following update path: 19.4 → 20.4 → 21.4 → 22.4 → 23.4 → 24.4 → 25.2

We managed to download the firmware from 21.4 to 25.2. However, we are not able to find the downloads for V 19.4 and V 20.4 as the earliest version available is V 21.4 for SRX340 on the support portal.

May i check where I can download the 19.4 and 20,4 version?

You'll have to reach out to Juniper Support. They should be able to give you a download link, or even possibly provide you with a more direct upgrade path that safe for the SRX340.
