Folks, I'm trying to build a lab following the official training workbook.

    I'm following the guide below:

Installing in VMWare | SSN Docs

    Juniper remove preview
Installing in VMWare | SSN Docs
This guide describes the process for deploying a Session Smart Conductor or a Session Smart Router (SSR) in VMWare ESXi. The process consists of the following steps:

At some point in the procedure, the documentation indicates that we should configure a token. Look like this is something I should get from my account rep. Is this a requirement to test the solution on a lab bench?

I'm also trying to build the same lab following the online procedures and ran into the same problem. In the end I input the command exactly as shown: "set software access-token <username> <password>". It took it and said that it successfully saved credentials.

I finished setting up the Conductor and it seems fine. I also setup a router using the online instructions but I can't get a router to show up in the Conductor no matter what I try.

Are there more details elsewhere on how to setup this lab? I saw the videos online but the labs to the video are not available either.

Here is the link to the videos:

    Thanks for any help,

Start here; you won't make it with those videos. The struggle is real with this product and the documentation.
