Hi all.
I have managed to get locked out of Juniper Security Director Cloud because my Microsoft Authenticator became FUBAR. I asked a coworker to try to force a reactivation of my account/user so that I can set up two factor authentication again.
But there are no way to do this. In our opinion, the only way is to delete my account and adding it again. This is a bit irritating because my coworker then will have to delete my account on all our organisations and add my new account back to all of them.
Have anyone else experienced this and have a good way to fix it? I don't hope that contacting contacting Juniper Support is the only way to go...
