As a long term potential solution, you should contact your Juniper sales engineer. They have a process to request features internally and note which customers would be able to use the feature. If enough customers get added to the request it gets onto the future update list.
The ACX7k series seems to have a strong team making a good push into the market. you might get lucky.

Look to the Juniper feature explorer where it lists the devices and Junos versions needed for particular feature.
For DHCP in a routing instance it looks like only the SRX platform is currently supported for this.

Hello Everyone,
I have a few ACX7024's in my environment which I absolutely love. I noticed recently however that if you create a routing-instance, then create a DHCP server for a network within the routing instance, the DHCP fails. I spoke with support , they were able to replicate the results and said they don't think that is supported.
Has anyone else experienced the same issue? Thanks.
