Recently, we hosted a survey here on the Innovators Circle asking you about your Networking Experience and showed a couple of potential taglines Juniper was considering. Well, I am happy to announce that Juniper not only found this feedback helpful but Juniper's Brand Strategy Marketing Manager wanted us to share this message back with you!
"The most impactful study that we have done in 2021 is definitely our Experience First Networking Tagline study, and we can't thank the community enough for their thoughtful and timely responses. The feedback from the Innovators Circle is being complemented by external research to compare our Juniper loyal customers and partners to an external audience, to understand differences in perceptions of Juniper's messaging and credibility against our competitors. Juniper's CMO has been tracking extremely closely with the responses from Innovators Circle and the results have been instrumental in guiding the direction of the messaging strategy overall. We will be presenting the results up to CEO staff later this month to make a final decision on how Juniper will be talking about our vision and desire to lead with our customer's experiences at the forefront of what we do. Innovators Circle has played an integral role in the shaping of our recommendations and grounding our opinions in qualitative and quantitative feedback from those that matter most."
