Answer
There could be multiple reasons why some of the monitoring widgets show no data. Some of them are:
- Certain widgets such as Top Users and Top Sessions by MAC Address will show no data if there are no wireless clients.
- Certain widgets such as Traffic Trend and Resource Utilization might take approximately three polling intervals to show the trending data.
- Setting an incorrect polling interval under Preferences can also be a reason for the widgets showing no data. In general, polling intervals should be set to an optimum value. For any collector, this value must not be set to less than 5 minutes.
To fix this issue:
- Check whether any change was made to polling preferences recently. If so, change it back to the previous preference values.
- Restart the JBoss server.
