Can you see the information that is contained in the eJMB and iJMB?

Answer

Yes. You can view IMBs on the Service Now GUI.


Navigate to Service Now > Incident > View JMB to view event JMBs and Service Now > Information > Device Snapshots >View iJMB for viewing iJMBs.
