Dear Community Members,
We’re bringing the Juniper Elevate Community and HPE Airheads Community together as one unified HPE Networking Community—a stronger, more connected hub where members can find product information, share best practices, and learn from peers across the HPE Networking portfolio.
What this means for members:
- One destination for content and conversations: Access discussions, documentation, blogs, and product information in one place.
- Broader visibility and peer knowledge sharing: Engage with the full community, discover answers faster, and share best practices across a larger network.
- Simpler access and more ways to participate: Use HPE SSO to sign in and take part in webinars, blogs, newsletters, and future community opportunities.
What is involved?
Elevate and Airheads content—including discussions, documentation, blogs, and member resources—will be integrated into one platform under the HPE Networking Community name. Elevate accounts accessed within the last three years will also be migrated and provisioned for HPE single sign-on (SSO).
What can you expect?
See the integration schedule* below:
- August 11 - First Elevate user list finalized for HPE SSO migration.
- August 20 - Elevate users registered before August 11th now have access to the Airheads Community through HPE SSO.
- September 8 - New Elevate registrations close; new members are directed to the HPE Networking Community. Elevate becomes read-only and final migration begins.
- September 15 - HPE Networking Community debuts with content from both communities in one location. Elevate members registered after August 11th that want to gain access to their content before September 20th will need to register for a new account.
- September 20 - All Elevate users access the combined community through the HPE SSO.
- September 30 - Elevate is decommissioned and redirected to the HPE Networking Community.
This integration is an important step toward a more connected, resource-rich community for HPE Networking members.
We appreciate your continued engagement and look forward to shaping the future of networking technology together.
