Hello Juniper Elevate community! I’m Lydia, and I’ve just joined the Technical Communities team at HPE as Senior Community Marketing & Operations Manager. I’m excited to be here and to connect with all of our users who rely on Juniper technology every day.
A quick bit about me: I bring a blend of marketing, development, and operations experience, with a long-running focus on good UX and practical tooling. I came up in networking, starting at Aruba Networks in 2012 as webmaster, and I’ve been involved with the Airheads Community on and off for years. I understand what engineers need from a community: accurate technical content, fast troubleshooting help, and clear documentation and navigation.
Why am I reaching out now?
With Juniper joining forces with HPE, we have an opportunity to bring together the best of both worlds: Juniper Elevate’s expertise and the long-standing HPE networking knowledge from the Airheads Community. Our aim is to make it easier for you to find solutions, share real-world experiences, and collaborate on a variety of topics.
Meet the team supporting you
Jamie — Community Manager since the Aruba Networks acquisition in 2015. He’s kept the Airheads Community (amongst others) running, delivered member-requested features, and represented the community at Aruba Atmosphere, HPE Discover, and other events. He’s a steady, practical presence who knows how engineers think.
We’ll be launching joint content and programs across the communities over the coming months, plus we’ll be joined by a new intern this summer to help kick off fresh member initiatives. We’ll introduce them when they start.
Please say hi, share topics you want to see, or point us to gaps we should prioritize. Our goal is to support Juniper Elevate members with accurate answers and practical solutions — and to bring together the best of HPE networking expertise to help you get the job done. You can catch us anytime at airheadsteam@hpe.com.
Live long and troubleshoot well — Lydia (🖖)
