Juniper Networks Completes ScreenOS Update

I am pleased to share that Juniper Networks has completed the process of updating ScreenOS, by implementing the same random number generation technology currently employed across our broad portfolio of Junos OS® products, and by removing the DUAL_EC_DRBG and the ANSI X9.31 PRNG. These updates are now available to customers in the standard download locations as part of the latest ScreenOS 6.3.0r22 software release.
Juniper Networks consistently improves its development methodologies through our Secure Development Lifecycle. This process is continually being enhanced and will continue to include best practices from the entire industry.
