I did the lab above. What I noticed is R4 advertises both Type 5 and Type 7 without no-nssa-abr configured, only advertises Type 5 with no-nssa-abr configured. So only when ABR is not an ASBR at the same time, it stops to advertise Type 5 into NSSA, ...
