SRX5400 SLA equivalent commands

Good Morning, we are trying to configure a failover path without using weighted routes on the SRX5400 so that if one path isn't available routes can use another path dynamically without user intervention. Is that possible on the SRX5400?

What are RPM and event scripts? I am new to SRX. I've never touched one in my life up until now.
