    Hey Good afternoon,
Could you help me, how do I clean just one MAC from the EX4300 arp?

    Thanks

Simply execute the 'clear arp' command for the specific entry.

    clear arp hostname example
Obviously 'show arp' to get the hostname (IP address is not resolvable) under the 'Name' column. If you are running multiple logical systems you may need to use the logical-systems option.
