    Hi All,

I'm trying to understand how VLAN Firewall Filters fit in to the picture. From the documentation I understand the following - Configuring Firewall Filters (CLI Procedure)

Firewall Filter Access Port - Applied at the port level, L2 interface (i.e access )
    Firewall Filter VLAN - ??
Firewall Filter L3 Interface (L3) - Applied to an IRB and/or routed Interface. Applied to traffic leaving or entering the VLAN.

Would it be correct to assume that VLAN Filter can achieve exactly the same thing as an Access Port Filter but encompass an entire VLAN instead of a single port? Does the VLAN Filter take effect as soon as it enters an Access Port into the VLAN, similar to a Access Port filter?

    Thanks.
