    Hello everyone, everything good ? Sorry my english, and if I'm posting in the right place.
    
    Some time ago we bought the Junos Space licenses to manage our Junipers SRX300, but our VMWARE failed the disks and we lost the virtual machines. The former network administrator is no longer part of our team. With that we lost the Juniper Space credentials and serial to deploy again. How can I resolve this incident?

    Hi Leandro,

    You will need to contact customercare@juniper.net or call +18883145822 to contact Customer Care. They will request a Proof of Ownership or data to recover the license keys and everything else. Once you have the account and the permits, I believe you will have to contact the Space team to format or spun a new VM with Space on it.
