  • 1.  J-WEB extremely slow in SRX345

    Hi to all,

    I have a customer who has an SRX345. The device works fine, but the management is very slowly via SSH and extremely slow via J-Web... Is it normal this behavour?? What can I do to solve this??

    I'm newbe with Juniper and when I have to troubleshoot any I turn mad... Any help will be appreciated.

    Did you check if processes are healthy and some process is not using excessive memory and/or CPU?

    Hi,

    If the cli is slow then mostly due to CPU High Utilization. For jweb it will slow if too many user use jweb at same time.  jweb on srx is known slow compare to other firewall that have gui.

    Hi to all,

    thanks for your replies but this weekend, the device, has been blocked and to reboot to recover it, it didn't read the internal media. Then I think the slow maybe a corruption of the file system... Tomorrow I will go to the customer to recover the device via CLI.
