    can't load 'kernel'

Type '?' for a list of commands, 'help' for more detailed help.
    loader> set currdev="disk1s1a"
    loader> include /boot/loader.rc

Even if i plugged my usb as i've seen on many KB it shows no directory

    Any suggestion?

    Thank you in advance

I assume you are trying to use this kb instructions to recover.

    https://kb.juniper.net/InfoCenter/index?page=content&id=KB33842

Which step are you running into the problem and what is on the screen?

Hi Steve, thanks for you reply

    i'm stucked at point 5

Confirm 'loader.rc'is on the USB (to make sure the bootable USB was properly created):
    loader> ls /boot /boot

    When i try :              "ls /boot"
i get :          "can't open /boot, no such file or directory"

I tried with different usb key (32Gb and 16Gb hard drive) and also i followed this KB27255 but with no results
