  • 1.  Why have Junos OS versions 15.1X49-D210 onwards disappeared from Downloads?

I have just checked for the latest version of Junos OS version 15.1X49 and found iterations D210 onwards have now been taken down from the Downloads section, leaving just D200 and D150 as the only available versions for download. Why is this?

If they were taken down, I would recommend to check the release notes for them and see whether these are EOS?

I would suggest to open a JTAC case and get the link directly published from them.

Right when downloads are removed there is a serious problem of some sort.  These will generally eventually be documented in future version release notes.

So if you are running versions no longer posted the general advice is to upgrade or downgrade version.

If you need the tech details right away you will need to open a JTAC support case to get them before they hit the release notes.

Oh that's not good! I have a lot of devices on D240.

    Thanks Steve,

    Hi,
when individual downloads are removed then that would most likely be because there has been a severe issue (happens every now and then with a new release for specific platform). But in this case I'd think it's because 15.1X49 has gone EoS according to Junos OS Dates & Milestones - Juniper Networks. That not all releases have been pulled might be due to some admin issue, but eventually they'll all go away I'd think.
