As far as I understood. this feature required certain license on the card
for example:
- On MPC7E we need to use -RB license
- On MPC10E we need to use S-MX-10C-P1-P or S-MX-10C-A1-P
Is this correct?

Yes, the configuration is support on mx for all mpc types. I've used it extensively and interop with Nokia as well.

Browsing Feature Explorer I could not find support for L2VPN(Martini, compatible with Cisco Implementation for P2P L2VPN with VC type#4 VLAN support ) with this configuration on MX960.
