Firmware access is based on the support contract of the devices you have.
Check to see if your company has already registered the devices and have a master support account already. If not, create one on the portal using the company email address.
https://supportportal.juniper.net/s/?language=en_USOnce in the account you will link some serial numbers of devices that will then unlock your software entitlements.
If you have trouble, get an order and company account number from your Juniper supplier which they should have from your previous orders.
If that is not available, you can open an "admin service" case on the support site and provide the device serial numbers to the Juniper representative. They can usually look up when and who sold them and verify coverages. But it is usually quicker to get the information from the original seller.
Once the account is created and the access granted you download from here.

Good day all.
I have recently taken over the management of a network that uses 8 acx1100 switches.
How do I get access to the current firmware? there is a mix of firmware and would like to standardize all to the same version.
