    Hallo,

     

     

    ich habe mal einne Frage......

    Ich möchte ein Interface komplett aus einer Juniper Konfig löschen, also auch unter den routing- instancen....

    Gibt es da einen einzigen Befehl für oder muss ich beinj den Routing Instancen alles handisch nachpflegen

     

     

    Hi guys,

     

    i have a question how i can delete an interface in my hole config.......

    when I delete an interface under the level interface   than i must delete an interface in my routing-instance once more.

    Hi Thomas,  

     

    If you delete the interface from the configuration mode (# delete interface ge-0/0/0) and this particular ifd is also assigned to a routing instance you might get a cli error complaining about it,, so the awnser to your question is YES, we must also delete the interface from the RI but also from everywhere it is linked in.

    Thanks esmontes for your answer.

    It is my first day in office since last wednesday so that i can only answer today.

    I had hoped in can do it with one cli command to save time .

    But this way is good too, thx for all,,,,,
