Junos is not collecting Exactly  this counters:
jnxCosQstatTotalDropPkts       1.3.6.1.4.1.2636.3.15.4.1.53
jnxCosQstatTotalDropPktRate    1.3.6.1.4.1.2636.3.15.4.1.54
jnxCosQstatTotalDropBytes      1.3.6.1.4.1.2636.3.15.4.1.55
jnxCosQstatTotalDropByteRate   1.3.6.1.4.1.2636.3.15.4.1.56

How do i enable them?

I've checked this on my MX204 device mit JUNOS 18.1 installed, and I can see the same behavior. Could be a JUNOS bug, I don't think that there is some knob to enable this as most or all of the other attributes are returning values.

Do you have an active service contract? Then you can open a JTAC SR to let this having analyzed.

I've checked this on some different platforms with different JUNOS installed. Short story is that with JUNOS 18.4R3, it seems to work. Until including JUNOS 18.2, it does not work.

Can you please try to install JUNOS 18.4R3 and check if this works afterwards?

there snmp messages are not available on MX series, they are working fine on SSRX
