    Dear All

     

    I have purchased an EX3200 48P at a bargain price of £50 off Ebay. The switch currently has software version 10.4R1.9. I have signed up for an account but do not have access to download newer firmware revisions. Would anyone be willing to help me out here?

     

    Also do I need to upgrade incrementally or can you jump straight to any version?

    Same problem here... it seems that Juniper doesn't care about their products.

    In case if you do not hold any Support Contract with Juniper for your Juniper product, you can still reach out to Juniper Customer Care Support Team and request them for one time courtesy support case to download JunOS S/w.

     

    BTW, EX3200 H/w is considered end of life (EoL)

    Last supported junos version ex3200 being 15.1R7 (and its SR), stable version in ex3200 should be 

    Service Release 12.3R12-S12 or the 14.1X53-D48.

    Hi, yes you have to upgrade incrementally as we cant upgrde to a code that is 3 releases out.

    Alternatively you can do a usb snapshot from a any other similar EX-3200 (running latest junos version) onto this EX-3200 in one go.

    Hello aclarke104,

     

    Purchasing the product won't give you the option to download software, unless you pay for support.

     

    if you have the way to contact your SM/RE inside the company they will help you.
