    Hi All,

     

    I am confused with regard to a topic concerning pic offline. I am coming from cisco world therefore my problem.

    I have on mx-104 the following

    I was now try to undenstand if the pic is offline due to the fact that there is no transceiver installed. Can be this the reason? If yes, how can I check if the transceiver is installed?

    Pic offline means you cannot use the interfaces. 

     

    If this was online and has gone offline then generally some kind of failure has occured.

     

    But if you inserted a new card into the fpc then you generally need to manually bring it online.
