  • 1.  Bootp command for ex4300 / junos 16 or above

    Hello,

    In junos 15.x Ex4200 this command works fine

    set forwarding-options helpers bootp interface vlan.1 server x.x.x.x

    but in Ex4300 this does not work

      set forwarding-options helpers bootp interface irb.1 server x.x.x.x
    Any idea what is the issue or syntax are different?

    Hello,

     

    EX4200 is a non-ELS device, starting with EX4300 ELS was introduced. The mentioned command was deprecated on non-ELS devices.
