  • 1.  Cannot download Apstra Fabric Conductor?

    Hi,

    I'm try to open admin case to download below image. But the admin case said it need go to apstra portal? Is it true? Any one from juniper here can give explanation.

    Hi,
    if you have a customer support account, you should be able to download AIS packages from Juniper download site.

    Hi,

    I'm work with Juniper Elite Partner. Most of software  i can download just this Apstra i cannot download and weird thing Customer Care point to contact Apstra Portal support.
